JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Implementation Specialist to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for our clients. This role involves working directly with customers to guide them through implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to our products while also providing valuable insights to enhance our solutions. The Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering efficient and effective technical implementation services, requiring strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manage and execute client implementations, conversations, and other onboarding engagements across the company product suite.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure the successful adoption of Lone Wolf solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple time zones, including Adoption and Engagement, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to long-term product utilization.
- Leverage technical expertise to configure and optimize product settings, troubleshoot issues, and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on time and within budget.
- Contribute to product enhancements by sharing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Define test strategies, maintain test cases, and support user acceptance and regression testing.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices within real estate technology.
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing initiatives, including cross-training and troubleshooting support.
- Assist leadership with operational activities and process improvements as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management, or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- Strong technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Direct experience in the software/services solutions marketandaccount management; real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience managing projects of varying scales; PMP certification is a plus
