ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our Operations team, you'll work alongside our Operations Manager to manage the operations of our Bitcoin ATM locations. This will include managing and prioritizing support tickets, diagnosing and resolving operational issues, updating and maintaining internal databases and overseeing the performance of our external service partners.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage and prioritize support tickets and escalations that come through the service desk from customers, retailers and Cash In Transit (CIT) partners
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve operational issues on our ATMs and report on the hypothesis of recurring operational issues to internal stakeholders
  • Review escalated tickets and coordinate with internal and external service partners to identify the problem, initiate the investigation process, arrange onsite visits, and ensure machine up-time.
  • Complete frequent and proactive updates and maintenance of information for all of our ATM’s within the internal report systems and servers
  • Review invoice and close the loop on any discrepancies on a monthly basis
  • Manage communication and performance of service partners (such as CITs) for example managing their SLA’s, cancellations and service call performance, and handle gaps when required
  • Collaborate internally on any special projects and creating, maintaining and developing operational guides and documentation
  • Assist in testing and auditing system and process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned
