Reporting to the VP, Operations & Sales, you will be responsible for building and scaling our fast-growing sales team nationally, working closely with our Executive team to build sales plans that align with company goals, optimize the ATM network, and provide ongoing coaching to the sales and account management team.

This position is based out of our office in Kingsgrove, NSW. Frequent travel may be required within the Oceania region.


  • Build, scale, and retain a team of top sales talent across the Oceania region
  • Mentor and coach the Sales team to develop a culture of high performance and success
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create mid to long-term strategic direction for our Bitcoin ATM expansion
  • Lead the optimization efforts on the existing ATM network in collaboration with other teams
  • Lead effective weekly individual and team meetings to provide updates on Localcoin products and sales plans
  • Demonstrate a people-first mindset to leadership by driving day-to-day support of sales, addressing performance concerns, creating development programs, supporting the team's potential, and conducting weekly 1-on-1 sessions with sales executives.
  • Take ownership of aligning the sales executives to the strategic sales direction which includes territory management, setting targets, and creating visibility to the sales team
  • Support the sales team with complex contract negotiations and client escalations for new and existing clients
  • Implement new sales processes and system flows to increase efficiency for all sales operations on an ongoing basis
  • Review all incoming proposals from the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • Investigate areas of underperformance against the sales plan, provide feedback to team members, and make recommendations to the executive team to cover the shortfalls
  • Work with the executive team to re-design and execute monthly incentive plans for the sales team on a regular basis


  • 6+ years of experience in a Sales role
  • 2+ year of managerial experience
  • Proven experience leading and scaling high performing sales teams
  • People first leader with a passion for coaching and driving success in the Sales team
  • Experience developing sales strategies, plans and tools in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively to individuals over the phone, in person, or through other communication channels
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce,FreshDesk
  • Strong listening, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
  • Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
