Role Description

This is a full-time, fully-remote role for a Client Success Manager able to work in Eastern or Atlantic time-zones / hours. Fluency in English and French is a requirement. The Client Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction (measured by Client Health Score) and
growth (measured by Net Revenue Retention)
by building strong relationships with clients and providing value.


This role involves identifying client needs, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance customer experience. The Client Success Manager will also analyze data to improve client outcomes and contribute to the development of customer success strategies. This role is full-client-lifecycle, and will participate in our member support as well as our client success management functions.

Qualifications

Fluently bilingual (both written and oral)

Located or willing to work within standard Eastern or Atlantic time-zone hours
Analytical skills for assessing client needs and outcomes
Naturally curious, with an ability to both thrive within and work to reduce ambiguity
Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in financial services or SaaS industry considered a plus

Experience thriving in a distributed (remote) company environment considered a plus
