GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC is a leading provider of specialty professional and advisory services, including forensic accounting and litigation support, bankruptcy and restructuring, transaction support services, retained executive searches, and compliance risk, and resilience consulting.

GlassRatner works with law firms, lenders, private equity sponsors, and companies of all types on complex business challenges such as pursuing a fraud investigation or corporate litigation, planning and executing a major acquisition or divestiture, or managing through a business crisis or bankruptcy. GlassRatner employs approximately 200 team members located across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in the Atlanta, Georgia Office.

Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator at GlassRatner, you’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team. This role offers exposure across multiple business units, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is eager to learn, and enjoys solving problems. You’ll contribute to building foundational marketing programs within a growing financial advisory firm, leveraging your design skills, organizational strength, and communication abilities to deliver high-quality work. Success in this role requires adaptability, independence, and a team-first mindset.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with design and content leads to create client-facing collateral that aligns with brand standards, tone of voice and visual identity
  • Assist in the creation of PowerPoints, including client decks, proposals, and internal presentations.
  • Coordinate email marketing initiatives and ensure they align with campaign goals and business objectives
  • Assist with the social calendar and content execution, providing support to the rest of the marketing team
  • Assist in the planning and execution of firm-led events, external industry conferences and ensure seamless event delivery through effective management of logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site operations.
  • Coordinate firm sponsorships and monitor speaking engagements by our professionals to ensure brand standards are met and maximize exposure on web and social.
  • Assist with onboarding of new professionals
  • Coordinate the firm’s awards program
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with firm leadership and related stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • 1–2 years of B2B corporate marketing experience, ideally in professional services
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and C-suite
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities diplomatically
  • Skilled in multitasking and delivering high-quality work under pressure
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Committed to brand consistency, creative excellence, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and a willingness to take initiative
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach during high-demand periods
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Publisher an asset)
  • Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign an asset)
  • WordPress (or similar web platform)
  • Email marketing platform (MailChimp preferred)
  • Working with templates and videos in Canva
  • Contact management with CRM platform
