The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help bring our broker-facing mortgage platform
to a new market. This is a critical, hands-on role focused on driving product adoption, enabling sales, and
positioning our offering in a way that resonates with brokers—specifically U.S.-based loan officers.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to lead go-to-market strategy,
support onboarding, and fuel product usage and growth. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in
B2B product marketing and excels at translating product features into clear, compelling messaging and
content.
While we are a Canadian company and hire exclusively within Canada, this role will target the U.S.
mortgage market. Experience marketing to U.S. loan officers or financial professionals is a strong asset.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and market launches, in close
partnership with Product and Sales teams. - Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offering and resonates with broker audiences.
- Build and maintain product marketing collateral including landing pages, sales decks, product one-
pagers, onboarding guides, and email sequences. - Drive adoption and usage of product features through lifecycle marketing campaigns and
customer communications. - Act as a strategic partner to Product, providing feedback loops from the field and helping translate
technical features into customer-facing value - Collaborate with Sales to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across touchpoints, and
create sales enablement tools that help close deals. - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and messaging
opportunities. - Lead our trade show strategy and execution—developing messaging, overseeing booth materials, coordinating pre- and post-show marketing efforts, and measuring ROI.
- Build integrated campaigns that bring product stories to life across digital and offline channels.
- Create and manage HubSpot workflows, content and campaigns, including segmentation, landing page builds, reporting, email automation and sales pipeline configuration.
- Occasionally travel (estimated 1–2 times per quarter) to support event marketing efforts and on-site launches; candidates must be eligible to travel to the U.S.
- Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding and retention efforts through product education materials and targeted campaigns.
What We Expect From You:
- Extensive experience in HubSpot is required (not just familiarity). You’ve owned and executed
projects using HubSpot - you’ve built sales pipelines, landing pages, automations, email drips,workflows and have strong experience with data integrity maintenance - 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in product marketing (at least 2+years). Experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech is preferred
- Lead our trade show strategy and execution—developing messaging, overseeing booth materials, coordinating pre- and post-show marketing efforts, and measuring ROI.
- Experience executing trade shows and event marketing experience is a strong asset.
- A strong portfolio of product marketing work is required, with examples that demonstrate your copywriting skills and thought process—particularly how you translated product features or releases into clear, compelling marketing copy.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging development skills, with an emphasis on clear, feature-
oriented communication. - Experience marketing to U.S.-based financial professionals (e.g., loan officers or brokers) is a plus.

This role has a salary range of $ 89,500 - $134,000 CAD which accounts for the skills you’ll bring to the team, the impact you’ll have on the business, and the growth you’ll experience in the role.
