The Opportunity:

Ledn is hiring a full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager embedded within our product teams. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you will be the connective tissue between your product team and the broader organization — translating product strategy into market-facing messaging, campaigns, and launches that drive the north star metric of your corresponding product team.

This is a full-stack marketing role. You own the entire marketing stack for your slice of the funnel, with agency and specialist support where needed. That means working with your product team to shape go-to-market strategy, then rolling up your sleeves to execute it: writing the copy, building smaller campaigns, managing the agency for larger campaigns, pulling the performance data, and feeding it back into the next decision. You are equally at home in a product roadmap review and a post-campaign debrief, and you measure your success by the same north star metrics your product team does.

About the Role:

  • Funnel Ownership: Think of yourself as the CMO of your funnel slice. You own every marketing touchpoint a prospect or client encounters within your area. You set the strategy, build the plan, and execute it yourself with agency and specialist support as needed. Your north star metrics are the same as your product team's — you win together
  • Positioning & Messaging Execution: Apply and adapt the positioning framework set to every touchpoint within your funnel. Translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions — ensuring message consistency across every channel without reinventing the strategic foundation.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: You own the go-to-market strategy for every product launch within your funnel. From discovery and positioning through to launch and post-launch adoption. The Director owns category-level positioning; you own how every product within your funnel gets taken to market. That means building the GTM plan, writing the launch materials, aligning stakeholders, and tracking performance so we land the launch.
  • Marketing Team Partnership: Serve as the product marketing counterpart to the customer success team and your corresponding marketing team members, providing messaging frameworks, audience insights, and campaign briefs while feeding performance data back into positioning and product decisions.
  • Full-Stack Campaign Execution: You don't just hand off a brief — you write the copy. From emails to in-app messages, you go from messaging framework to finished creative. You will collaborate with our CRM team to bring campaigns to life across email, in-app, and other owned channels.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Produce the enablement materials — one-pagers, feature explainers, and objection handling guides.

What You Bring to Ledn:

  • You have 5+ years in product and customer marketing, with a proven ability to distill complex financial products into clear, winning value propositions.
  • You have a track record of contributing to measurable business outcomes — you know what it means to own a metric alongside a product team and work backward from it.
  • You bring a customer-first, insight-driven mindset. You connect product value to client needs through every campaign, and you proactively flag what is missing in the product to accomplish your goals.
  • You are a strong writer. You are comfortable and enjoy producing copy across formats — emails, landing pages, in-app messages, and social — not just briefs and frameworks.
  • You move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You understand the positioning framework and can execute against it without needing it re-explained every sprint.
  • You are an effective cross-functional collaborator — equally credible in a product team standup and a marketing campaign review.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at prioritizing high-impact work with limited resources.
  • Must be willing to undergo applicable background checks, in compliance with local laws and regulations, if selected.

Nice to Have:

  • You have experience in fintech or a financial services company.
  • Experience collaborating with or managing external creative partners is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms is a strong asset.
  • Candidates working in or willing to align to Eastern Time will be prioritized.

Culture Fit:

We’re looking for more than just operational excellence — we want an individual who thrives in a startup or tech environment and embodies our values. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for progress by being adaptable and resilient, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Have a builder’s mindset, excited to create, iterate, and scale.
  • Be a collaborative partner, able to influence across functions and cultures with empathy and clarity.
  • Demonstrate integrity and accountability, especially in managing confidential information across multiple teams.
  • Have previous experience working successfully in a remote-first environment.
