The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer with a proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered designs in a fast-paced environment. You'll be an integral part of our Product and Design teams, working closely with our Head of Design and Product Managers to craft experiences that drive engagement and enhance our platform.

You are passionate about designing digital services from end to end. You enjoy talking to clients, collecting actionable insights and applying them to the product. You are a master of your craft and have a good understanding in product decision making with a good eye for visual design. Last but not least, you are a team player.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of work experience designing digital products, thrives in a startup environment, and is passionate about creating intuitive, beautiful user experiences.

About the Role:

• Own the design of core features from idea through launch creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders across a small but fast paced organization.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure functionality aligns with expectations, and user experience meets quality standards.
• Grow the visual language of our product by collaborating on BIT, our design system.
• Use data, market trends, competitor analysis, perform UX audits and use our clients’ feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies, both in design and in finance/crypto to continually elevate the quality of our products.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Bring to Ledn:

• 5+ years of practical product design experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component libraries.
• A portfolio showcasing your experience designing and delivering user-centric digital products, from initial concept through launch. If your portfolio has a password, please share it as well.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively, driving initiatives in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Experience conducting user research and gathering feedback directly from your clients.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of visual design, typography, and layout.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Understanding of how HTML/CSS works. You won’t need to code, but you will need to understand the constraints and limitations during the implementation phase.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and/or front-end development.

Ledn Working Environment

Our Ledn team is truly global in nature with our people spanning across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe. We are a remote first environment. For this role we are looking for a candidate within 3 hours of Eastern Standard Time.
