OUR MISSION
Deliver high-performance AI automotive software that enables the market to deploy ADAS features reducing the number of road accidents and making transportation more enjoyable and efficient.
YOUR MISSION
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end-users.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Ensure that all IT equipment complies with industry and corporate security standards.
- Manage and coordinate ISO 27002 security audits and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity systems.
- Participate in meetings relevant to his function
- Collaborates in the administrative procedures of the organization
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Configure networking hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages.
- Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
The ideal person for this job will have
- Computer training
- Microsoft or Cisco certification (Asset)
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a technician
- Proficient in Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office 365
- Good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) user space
- Good knowledge of the Active Directory
- Knowledge of Cisco equipment (asset)
- Knowledge of English, spoken and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service, interpersonal skills
