OUR MISSION

YOUR MISSION

Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end-users.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Ensure that all IT equipment complies with industry and corporate security standards.
Manage and coordinate ISO 27002 security audits and recommendations.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity systems.
Participate in meetings relevant to his function
Collaborates in the administrative procedures of the organization
Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Configure networking hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot network issues and outages.
Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.

The ideal person for this job will have

Computer training
Microsoft or Cisco certification (Asset)
2 to 5 years of experience as a technician
Proficient in Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office 365
Good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) user space
Good knowledge of the Active Directory
Knowledge of Cisco equipment (asset)
Knowledge of English, spoken and written
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills
Customer service, interpersonal skills
