YOUR MISSION
This is a temporary part time position (10 to 15 hours per week), starting on a 3 months mandate. The PMO Technical Assistant will assist the project management office on administrative and technical task.
Position Responsibility
- Updating manuals and other reference texts relating to the framework
- Keep track of project status
- Generating project reports
- Provide project support where necessary
The ideal candidate for this position will have
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and insight into team dynamics
- Expert knowledge of word processing software such as MS Office, Google Suite, Apple iWork
- Expert knowledge of communication software such as mail clients (Gmail, Outlook) and messenger platforms (Slack, Yammer)
- Expert knowledge of project management software such as MS Teams, Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, Atlassian tools
- Bilingual English/French and the ability to translate technical updates into storytelling fit for the PMO framework
