About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the health, success, and retention of strategic real estate partners from onboarding through launch and expansion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for critical partner relationships, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer journey
- Develop a deep understanding of partner goals, business challenges, and market opportunities to provide strategic guidance and support
- Identify risks and create action plans to improve adoption, performance, and long-term success
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by advocating for partner needs, feature requests, and market opportunities
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives by aligning internal teams and external partner communications
- Help build and refine internal processes, playbooks, and best practices to support a growing partnerships and client success function within the Real Estate vertical.
- Track and report on partner health, success metrics, adoption trends, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to strategic planning and partner network growth initiatives across the Real Estate vertical
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role
- Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic partner networks
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across multiple stakeholder levels, including executive levels
- Entrepreneurial attitude with comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay organized in a high-growth environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and associated stakeholders (MLSs, brokerages, search portals, are the broader ecosystem) is considered a plus
