- Growth & ROAS Strategy: Develop full-funnel performance strategies. You will move beyond traditional PPC to manage AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies, ensuring our clients remain visible in AI-generated search summaries and conversational interfaces.
- Precision Execution: Own the daily health of Google Ads and Meta Ads. While you'll leverage automated bidding, you will manually steer the ship through rigorous negative keyword sculpting, audience layering, and match-type hygiene to prevent budget bleed.
- Conversion Architecture & AEO: Manage the technical "source of truth." You will use GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Server-Side Tracking to ensure that conversion data (calls, forms, and offline events) is fed back into the LLMs correctly to train the bidding algorithms.
- Lead Quality Control: You are the gatekeeper. You will optimize for CPL (Cost Per Lead) while prioritizing Lead-to-Close metrics. You’ll implement feedback loops to ensure the AI is finding "customers," not just "clicks."
- Dynamic Creative Orchestration: Write and test high-impact, conversion-focused ad copy. You will use AI tools to generate and iterate on headlines and descriptions that maintain high Ad Strength and CTR across diverse client personas.
- Data Storytelling (Looker Studio): Build sophisticated, real-time dashboards that translate complex performance data into clear business outcomes. You’ll proactively identify ROAS trends and pivot strategies before performance dips.
- 3–5 Years in Performance Marketing: Proven track record in an agency environment managing multiple PPC/SEM accounts simultaneously.
- Algorithmic Fluency: Deep experience with Google’s Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Meta’s Advantage+ campaigns. You know when to let the AI run and when to intervene.
- Technical Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio. You should be comfortable troubleshooting tracking issues and setting up offline conversion imports.
- Search Intent Expert: You understand how to map user intent across the funnel, from informational "Zero-Click" queries to high-intent transactional searches.
- Lead Gen Specialist: A "hunter" mindset for lead quality. Expert-level knowledge of managing phone call tracking and form-fill attribution.
- AI-Enabled Workflow: You are savvy with LLMs for research and copywriting, and you use tools like ClickUp to manage high-volume workflows without dropping the ball.
- Strategic Communicator: Ability to explain the shift from "Keyword Search" to "AI Discovery" to clients, keeping them confident in their ROAS and market position.
