Launch Your Project Management Career!

Join our team as a Project Manager Co-op and gain hands-on experience in leading and supporting critical initiatives. You'll learn the fundamentals of project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced technology environment. Participate in project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This co-op is your chance to build a strong foundation in a rapidly growing field.

What You'll Work On:

  • Learning about and contributing to software program delivery
  • Assisting in tracking project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of projects, including defining scope and managing dependencies.
  • Facilitating team communication and organizing key meetings (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.

Technologies and Tools You'll Encounter:

  • Project Management Software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Collaboration Tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
  • AI Tools (NotebookLLM, Gemini, Otter and more)

Your Experience So Far May Include:

  • Exposure to project-based work in academic or professional settings.
  • Experience in organizing teams or events.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and solve problems.
  • Previous co-op, internship, or leadership experience.

Security-related Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Compliance with League’s secure coding practice
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

Please note: This is an in-person position in Toronto. You must be enrolled in post-secondary education to be eligible for this position.
