Position Summary:

As the Director, Product Marketing, you help develop and execute League’s go-to-market marketing strategy to drive revenue generation, influence and acceleration. You have an expert understanding of League’s buying audiences and their needs and act as a subject matter expert (SME) who transfers knowledge about markets, buyers and product across product, marketing and sales functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and develop go-to-market strategies and joint value propositions for League’s platform partners, including, but not limited to, enterprise cloud platform partners, point solution product partners, and CRM partners.
  • Define the market opportunity for a product; perform segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segments with the highest propensity to buy.
  • Conduct market and customer research to gather data and insight about target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision process for the product, including key buyer roles.
  • Influence product development through well-defined market and partner requirements
  • Write and socialize the following product-level documents: marketing plan, sales enablement plans, launch plan, solution handbook, sales playbook.
  • Develop platform positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience.
  • Collaborate with business development peers and resources to produce relevant content for target buyers.
  • Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations.
  • Collaborate with a sales enablement to produce a sales enablement plan and training
  • Enable sellers and coordinate the development of sales content and activities for the sales team.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (nice to have, but not required)
  • 7-10 years of product marketing experience
  • Related health/benefits experience preferable
  • Previous sales experience preferable
  • Product management experience a plus
  • Experience managing creative agencies and developing creative assets
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Highly analytical and insight-driven

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all US locations.
