- Acting as the client’s first point of contact within the Layla general email inbox and/or by phone in a warm, dependable, and responsive manner; including responding to general inquiries about Layla, checking voicemails, assigning emails to Layla team members if necessary, and escalations of issues
- Handle therapist operational inquiries such as processes, payments issues, missed appointments, profile updates, etc.
- Working collaboratively with clients and therapists throughout the duration of their journey to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Assisting clients regarding administrative and technical problems, resolving issues promptly and courteously
- Collaborating with Layla Groups, Psychological Assessments, Student Therapy Program and other specialty programs on initiatives and operational tasks.
- Supporting operations by maintaining an up-to-date Service Coordinator protocols
- Supporting inquiries from the broader community during off hours (such as primary care)
- Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that will evolve over time
- Involved in any scheduled care team trainings/meetings
- Working with the broader Layla team to identify and assess processes to continually improve service delivery
- 1+ years of experience in client care, customer service, healthcare operations, case coordination/management
- Excellent customer service skill set, written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to deliver high quality client care with high levels of efficiency and accuracy;
- Problem solver – proactive and positive minded;
- High tolerance for change in a growing and evolving organization;
- Computer skills (Google Suite, Sheets/Excel), and highly comfortable with technology;
- A dedicated professional, with high level of responsibility and care for their work;
- Access to private, quiet and confidential workspace that allows for the protection of confidential information and the avoidance of disruption. This is important for team collaboration as well as speaking to clients professionally and confidentially.
- Access to a mobile phone and internet connection with sufficient bandwidth and connection speed.

- This is a remote job in Ontario or Alberta
