Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, HR, Talent, this role delivers operational and coordination support across HR programs and priorities. The position plays a key role in enabling effective execution by managing activities, synthesizing information, and supporting leaders with clear, timely inputs. Work requires sound judgment, prioritization, and the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders and competing demands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate and execute a range of HR activities and deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with established procedures

  • Support HR programs and processes by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing information, and providing clear, practical insights

  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and partners on programs, processes, and priorities within established frameworks

  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve issues, risks, and dependencies

  • Manage competing priorities to align with business needs, deadlines, and service expectations

  • Prepare and refine materials, reporting, and documentation to support effective decision-making

  • Leverage systems and tools to track activities, manage information, and ensure timely follow-up

  • Maintain awareness of HR programs, priorities, and updates to support consistent execution

  • Enable consistent and efficient execution of HR programs through strong coordination and attention to detail

  • Support quality decision-making by delivering accurate, well-structured information and materials

  • Improve team effectiveness by identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Help manage risk by identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience supporting executives at the Senior Vice President level

  • Experience liaising and coordinating with senior executives (including SET members) as well as their EA's and the Office of the CEO

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience (internal and external vendors)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently within defined guidelines and apply sound judgment in day-to-day activities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to gather, organize, and interpret information to support business needs

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality

  • Experience using tools and systems to manage information and track work

  • Knowledge of HR programs and processes is an asset
