The right fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR advisory role;

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations;

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and a solid business acumen to align human resources with organizational goals;

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written);

• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team;

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills;

• Experience with HRIS and other HR software (experience with BambooHR is an asset).
