About The Role
At KOHO, we’re redefining how Canadians access and build credit—and we’re looking for a Staff Developer to help lead the way.
As part of our Credit team, you’ll work on some of the most impactful products in our portfolio: from credit building tools and flexible spending solutions to seamless integrations with Canada’s credit bureaus. This is your chance to architect systems that help millions of Canadians take control of their financial future.
You’ll report to our Senior Manager of Tech and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
🚀 What You’ll Own
Design and maintain clean, scalable architecture across one of KOHO’s largest and most valuable domains.
Build and evolve Go services that integrate with systems like Temporal, DynamoDB, and Postgres.
Be a technical leader: mentor developers, guide technical direction, and help build Canada’s best fintech engineering team.
Solve complex, high-impact challenges in the credit space with simple, elegant solutions.
