About the opportunity:

Be part of the Data Science BI team dedicated to creating interactive Business Intelligence and user-friendly insightful reports by using dynamic databases & BI tools. Also, plays a critical role to work on developed solutions to deliver BI reports/ Adhoc analysis in sustainable and timely manner.

The Data Science BI team is dedicated to creating interactive Business Intelligence reports in easy-to-understand manner, providing clear actionable insights. This team is involved in working with dynamic datasets & BI tools in day-to-day operations. Example Reoccurring measurement reports of Data Science models to track results and share key insights about performance in market.

Areas of key responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse complex information and data from a range of sources.
  • Establish and document all key reporting processes to ensure good control and governance and maintaining a sole source of truth.
  • Interpret requirements around KPI trends, revenue streams & classification to present complex data reports in storytelling user friendly way.
  • Write & execute store procedures to automate data refresh for reporting purposes.
  • Develop products that embed analytical solutions into interactive business intelligence reports / dashboards.
  • Measure response of target vs control groups & support findings with statistical tests, wherever applicable
  • Demonstrate confidence and energy to work in a fast, ever-changing environment.
  • Willingness to work under pressure, identify workarounds and make important decisions.

Collaborate effectively with other key teams within Data Science & Consumer Marketing Group to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.

Background and Experience:

  • 1-2 years working experience in a data-centric operations environment, including translating business performance into metrics and KPI’s.
  • 1-2 years of work experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI to build effective visualizations for all business levels.
  • Experience building complex ETL processes in Alteryx or equivalent is desired, including scheduling, error handling and best practice.
  • Strong SQL skills are required.
  • 1-2 years of work experience developing tableau dashboards
