As the Team Manager for IT Infrastructure Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of IT professionals responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our end-user IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT infrastructure professionals. Provide guidance, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Scheduling: Ensure team resources scheduling maintained for both business day and after hours support coverage of incidents, changes, and maintenance as required.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, optimizing infrastructure utilization while minimizing downtime and disruptions.

- Lead the resolution of critical incidents and problems, coordinating with the team to minimize the impact on business operations.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the company's infrastructure and data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and audit requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT infrastructure and industry best practices. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends.
- Change Management: Oversee infrastructure changes, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and execution with minimal service disruptions.
- Develop and maintain documentation relating to Infrastructure Services, including updates of Knowledge Base (KB) articles as well as training of IT Infrastructure Team members and Service Desk staff as required.
- Capacity Planning: Monitor and plan for future infrastructure needs, anticipating growth and scalability requirements.
- Responsible for ensuing provisioned assets are tracked in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure information is up-to-date, accurate, and auditable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent prior work experience) and at least 8 years experience (3 years in a team leadership role).
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft O365, Azure, Windows, cloud technology.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
- ITIL or other IT service management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Well organized
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
