Role Overview: Our people are at the heart of our business. The Head of People and Culture will build on our highly engaged team and culture to build a people brand that enables us to attract, develop and retain the world's best talent to achieve our mission.

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of People and Culture to join our team and lead our efforts in building a high-performing, diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Reporting to the COO, the Head of People and Culture will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition and development strategies, and fostering an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to our mission. This role is ideal for someone who has been there, done this before, OR someone who is hungry to make the next step. Ideally someone with a lot of high volume recruitment experience who wants to own the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. This is a hands on role!

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions. Develop innovative strategies for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates with an immediate objective of bringing in new, top tier staff at a pace of three or more per month. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Culture Development: Develop and nurture a vibrant company culture aligned with our values, mission, and objectives. Implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement programs and activities to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Work closely with teams and leaders to maintain an eNPS > 90 in the short and long term.
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, values alignment, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations. Provide coaching and support to managers to facilitate continuous performance improvement.
  • Learning and Development: Create and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement. Identify training needs, curate content, and facilitate workshops and training sessions. Support remote and in person team events to help build great culture.
  • HR Operations: Oversee all global HR operations, including payroll, benefits and recognition administration, compliance, and HRIS management. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and provide guidance and support to employees during periods of transition or transformation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a confidential, trusted advisor and resource for employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Bring your personal velocity to our fast-paced environment, with previous experience in SaaS or technology industry.
  • High volume recruitment experience is a must, with a pragmatic approach to attracting and onboarding the best people
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal, written, verbal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans that lead to continuous improvements in people, culture and engagement
