Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing candidates and preparing them for selection process; work professionally with hands on recruiting in a fast-growing organization; fulfil the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure with some duties below.
- Conducting job analysis and identifying suitable applicants through effective job matching.
- Planning and executing recruitment campaigns for freshers, including the Rookies Program, job fairs, and career orientation workshops.
- Implementing appropriate methods (advertisements or directories) to attract suitable applicants.
- Interviewing applicants in compliance with equal employment opportunity guidelines and assessing their competency levels against project requirements.
- Conducting and managing the interview process, and coordinating all related interview resources.
- Recruiting for positions from middle level upwards, as well as having prior experience hiring freshers.
- Optimizing the recruitment process to implement best practices, while maintaining and developing recruiting channels according to business needs.
- Supporting other tasks assigned by the Recruiting Manager.
Qualifications
- Open to final-year students or fresh graduates who aspire to become Talent Acquisition professionals and are interested in Rookie activities.
- At least one (1) year of experience in the recruitment field.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong command of MS Office software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
