As the Manager of Corporate FP&A for Digital and Amazon, you are the financial bridge between our strategic goals and daily execution. You will play a dual role: serving as a key partner who monitors the pulse of our business performance and as the project lead who keeps our planning cycles organized and on track. By providing visibility into spend ratios and revenue trends, you’ll ensure our business stakeholders have the insights they need to scale successfully or pivot quickly.

Abourt You:

    • The "Partnership" Mindset: You are approachable and respectable—someone the team naturally turns to for advice on a new idea or a budget question. You know how to provide clear financial guardrails while remaining a supportive partner to the business.

    • The Collaborative Orchestrator: You thrive on structure and organization. You take pride in managing complex timelines and enjoy the challenge of keeping various business stakeholders aligned and on schedule during busy planning seasons.

    • The Thoughtful Observer: You believe in learning the "why" behind the numbers. You aren’t afraid to ask questions to understand the nuances of the Digital and Amazon landscapes, and you use those answers to build more accurate, thoughtful models.

    • Proactive & Transparent: You value open communication. You are comfortable telling your lead exactly what you need to be successful—whether that’s more context on a project or a different level of support.

The Opportunity:

    • Performance Visibility: You will learn the pulse of our Digital and Amazon businesses by monitoring daily and weekly performance. You’ll track spend ratios and revenue trends, providing the visibility needed to help stakeholders identify when to scale or when to exercise discipline.

    • Planning Cycle Lead: You will own the project management of our Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly planning cycles for our Digital and Amazon businesses. You’ll set the timelines, lead the meetings with detailed agendas, and manage all follow-ups to ensure a seamless process.

    • Strategic Business Casing: You will help scope out the revenue potential of new initiatives that require investment, ensuring every proposal is backed by a solid business case and aligned with our efficiency metrics.

    • The Corporate-to-Business Bridge: You will partner closely with the Corporate Finance team to understand how expenses and revenues are booked. You’ll act as a proactive consultant, proposing process improvements to streamline month-end close and ensuring the business side understands its financial impact.

    • Monthly Business Reporting (MBR): You will lead the creation of monthly business reports, transforming raw data into a compelling narrative that shows the business exactly how we are performing against our targets.

Qualifications:

    • Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance. Experience in E-commerce environments is a significant plus. CPA or CFA designation is considered a strong asset.

    • Process Mastery: Demonstrated experience in month-end support and a knack for identifying process improvements between accounting and business functions.

    • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills; you have a track record of "managing up" and keeping multiple stakeholders on track with deadlines and deliverables.

    • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to build clear, insightful monthly reports for executive-level audiences.

    • Soft Skills: High EQ and a communicative style. You are comfortable being direct about what you need while maintaining the approachability required to be a trusted advisor.

Salary:

  • Annual salary starting at $130,000
