As the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Systems, you are the architect and primary owner of our core business application ecosystem. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business strategy, ensuring our ERP, Merchandise Planning, PIM, and Supply Chain systems are seamlessly integrated to power our global operations. You will ensure that data moves accurately from the first spark of product creation to the final sale, directly contributing to our strategic growth and operational excellence.

Data Integrity Advocate: You possess a high accountability mindset toward data accuracy, treating SKU master data and inventory synchronization with the precision they deserve.
Systems Architect Mindset: You are curious and proactive, constantly looking for ways to resolve systemic "bottlenecks" and replace manual workarounds with automated, elegant system processes.
The Translator: You are a strong communicator who can take complex system architecture and explain technical constraints to Merchandisers and Supply Chain Managers in plain English.
Collaborative Problem Solver: You thrive on diagnosing and resolving integration failures and operational breakdowns, partnering across the organization to find lasting solutions.
The Opportunity:
Ecosystem Management: You will lead the functional management and high-level synchronization of our core tech stack, including ERP, Merchandise Planning, and Digital Sales Channels.
Strategic Operations Partnering: You will partner closely with Planning and Sourcing teams to ensure tools are correctly fed with historical sales and inventory data to facilitate accurate re-forecasting and global factory commitments.
Data & Inventory Governance: You will design and enforce our "Single Source of Truth" strategy, reconciling inventory across e-commerce, retail POS, and distribution centers to eliminate stockouts.
Brand & Supply Chain Growth: You will own the operational reliability of EDI and WMS integrations, ensuring that ASNs and tracking data flow accurately to provide a premium experience for our partners and customers.
Evolving Systems: You will lead system upgrades, API integration projects, and PIM implementations as our global footprint continues to expand.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level systems specifically within the Apparel or Retail industry.
Technical Skills: Deep functional expertise in ERP (Inventory, Finance, and Order Management modules), PLM workflows, PIM syndication, and SQL/BI reporting tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication and the ability to build meaningful relationships between technical and business teams.
Problem Solving: A highly analytical and self-directed approach to diagnosing complex system integration issues and data synchronization failures.
Operational Literacy: A comprehensive grasp of the "Retail Lifecycle," from landed cost and sourcing to omnichannel fulfillment.
Compensation:
- Salary starting at $145,000.00 annually
