We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead the end-to-end production of photo and video content across multiple channels. This role blends creative vision with operational expertise, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time and at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams, manage complex projects, optimize production workflows, and help elevate the team’s overall output and impact.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and creative production professional who excels at turning big ideas into seamless photo and video shoots
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects from concept through final delivery
  • Strong understanding of the full production process, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems
  • Takes ownership of both the creative vision and the logistics required to execute successful productions
  • Brings structure to complex workflows and consistently delivers high-quality work that drives impact
  • Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and operating at speed while balancing creative ambition with efficiency
  • Understands how content performs across channels including brand, social, and paid, and ensures production aligns with both creative and commercial goals
  • Experience producing content that balances brand storytelling with performance outcomes is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production of photo and video content across ecommerce, social, and paid channels, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned to business needs
  • Lead shoot planning and execution across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables at scale
  • Partner closely with Creative, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure production supports channel-specific needs
  • Oversee casting, talent, and vendor relationships, ensuring the right partners are in place to deliver against creative and budget expectations
  • Manage and optimize post-production workflows, including editing, selects, versioning, and asset delivery across multiple formats and channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, scalability, and output
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping elevate overall production quality and team effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot challenges in real time and drive solutions that keep projects on track without compromising output

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of production experience, preferably in commercial, retail, or agency environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and moving parts under tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills and experience guiding teams and vendors through the production process
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and what it takes to execute high-quality photo and video content
  • Passion for creative storytelling and a strong eye for detail

Compensation

  • Salary starting at $85,000 annually
