Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Marketing Technology, or Digital Media (agency or in-house)
- Deep understanding of pixels, tagging, tracking infrastructure, feed management, and conversion APIs
- Proficiency in Ads Managers, Business Managers, and tag management tools (GTM, GA4, Meta Events Manager, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across data flow and measurement systems
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, engineering, and vendor partners
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Blotout, OneTrust, or other privacy/signal management tools
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the health of all tracking pixels, SDKs, and data feeds across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Ensure accurate event and conversion tracking; troubleshoot discrepancies in attribution and signal strength
- Partner with internal teams and vendors (e.g., Blotout, Shopify, OneTrust) to ensure data privacy compliance while maintaining marketing efficiency
- Monitor, audit, and optimize product feeds and catalog integrations for dynamic ads and performance programs
- Collaborate with channel leads to diagnose and resolve tracking or measurement issues quickly
- Coordinate with platform reps and external partners to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Manage UTM governance, tracking templates, and campaign tagging consistency across platforms
- Support CAPI and server-side implementations, ensuring robust signal flow and redundancy
- Document and evolve Ad Ops best practices to scale technical excellence across the marketing organization
