The Manager, Corporate Accounting, will be a key member of the monthly financial close process and daily finance operations, participating in all aspects including sales reporting and invoicing, inventory reporting and COGS, banking and treasury management, audit and tax compliance, internal controls development and compliance, financial systems improvements, and other operational ad hock requests. This role reports to the Senior Director, Finance and works closely with the Planning and Analysis, and Operations teams.

The Opportunity:
- Monthly sales validation and summary reporting
- Month end sales and AR preparation for consolidation deadlines
- Monthly COGs calculations and inventory reporting
- Weekly payment run review and approvals
- Monthly and Quarterly sales tax filing
- Development and adherence to internal controls requirements
- Month end process improvements
- Audit support
- Streamline NetSuite custom reports
- Ad Hoc projects and initiatives, as requested
Qualifications:
- CPA designation (or working towards CPA designation)
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong excel knowledge (PIVOTS, LOOKUPS, data validation, sorting and filtering)
- 4-6 years of experience in an accounting role (preferably Big 4 or Fortune 500)
- Retail, ecommerce and inventory experience preferred
- Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Tipalti an asset
