We’re looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support our E-Commerce Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help drive important financial decisions for our Growth, Retention, and Site teams. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A and senior leadership to ensure we’re making smart decisions and getting the most out of our marketing spend.
The Opportunity
- Financial Analysis & Strategy: Work with the E-Commerce Marketing teams to provide financial insights that help guide growth, retention, and site strategies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Help create and track budgets for the marketing teams and keep an eye on how we’re performing against them.
- Reporting & KPIs: Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics for all marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and data teams to make sure we’re all aligned and using data to make better decisions.
- Support Big Decisions: Provide financial analysis to help with major marketing decisions, including new product launches and campaign investments.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar finance role, ideally in e-commerce or marketing.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to explain financial data clearly to people who aren’t finance experts.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and handling fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.
- Consulting background is a plus - if you’ve worked on big strategy projects, we’d love to hear from you!
