The Retail Operations team is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sr. Retail Operations Specialist! Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our retail communication and ensuring operational excellence across all stores. Operating with a growth mindset and a passion for our mission, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive impactful results and enhance the overall customer experience. The Sr. Retail Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of retail stores while enhancing the customer and employee overall experience.

The Opportunity:
- Act as the primary liaison between corporate teams and retail teams to relay essential information and timely communication.
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure store teams receive timely, clear, and actionable information through various channels.
- Simplify complex information into actionable communication for store-level execution.
- Partner cross-functionally (Product, CX, technical design, and merchandising teams) to expertly create product-specific training and resources to increase product knowledge, improve selling skills, and ensure a consistent positive customer experience.
- Continuously gather and analyze feedback from store teams and through store visits to improve communication, boost KPIs, and enhance operational processes.
- Support the Regional Director by providing store insights and analysis related to the evaluation of initiatives and ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Lead innovative thinking, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities at the store level to enhance customer experience and improve overall performance.
- Design engaging and enjoyable incentives that motivate teams and drive exceptional performance through creative rewards and recognition.
- Generate reports to support business decisions and selling strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for the field, focusing on new initiatives, product knowledge, selling models, technology updates, and new store policies and procedures.
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements to the store's operations and customer experience.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure alignment in our approach to supporting customers contacting us with concerns and questions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Retail Operations Specialist or similar Retail Operations role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- The ability to problem solve and exercise appropriate decision-making to produce optimal results.
- Business acumen balanced with a bias for action when managing tasks and/or priorities of varying complexity.
- Previous experience with Shopify POS & Notion is considered an asset.
- Ability to conduct analysis to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize retail processes.
