The Sr QA Analyst will focus on automated and manual testing techniques for both the Knix & KT By Knix sites across web, mobile, and tablet. They will be an integral member of the E-Commerce team, working closely day-to-day with developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to ensure software deliveries are smooth, high-quality, and reliable. They will leverage industry best practices and suitable technologies to ensure quality and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of automated and manual testing techniques.
- Familiarity with functional testing, regression testing, and ad-hoc testing.
- Knowledge of best practices in QA methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate product quality issues effectively and collaborate with developers for issue resolution.
- Experience in reproducing, documenting, and tracking issues to improve test coverage.
- Familiarity with working in Agile environments and participating in daily stand-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Design, maintain, and execute effective test plans, test cycles, and test cases to ensure consistent high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct functional testing of new features and changes, as well as regression testing on releases.
- Participate in both static and dynamic testing to enable upstream analysis and identification of bugs/defects.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Designers, and Developers during kickoff meetings, design reviews, and testing to ensure thorough understanding of new product requirements.
- Effectively communicate product quality issues and work with software development to accelerate issue resolution.
- Reproduce, document, and track issues while identifying high-risk areas to continuously improve test coverage.
- Perform ad-hoc testing for quick fixes and priority deployments.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner on joint testing of projects to ensure the best quality possible.
- Automate manual test cases and execute them.
- Understand feature requirements and write corresponding test cases.
- Review and conduct manual test cases for features and bug fixes on the website.
- Report issues found during manual testing.
- Attend daily stand-ups and provide updates on testing progress.
- Work with the current QA team to allocate and manage test cases effectively.
