We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Science Analyst with a strong emphasis with a strong background in Growth and Retention Analysis to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce and retail analytics, with a primary focus on driving strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in interpreting complex Marketing datasets and transforming them into actionable strategies to fuel business expansion.

The Opportunity
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales, marketing, and customer data to uncover meaningful trends, untapped opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- You will partner directly with Marketing leadership to define and execute against an analytical agenda that equips and empowers our Marketing program to set and achieve rigorous, ambitious goals.
- Build datasets, produce emotive data visualizations and manage enterprise BI and reporting on marketing performance.
- Identify and lead ad hoc analyses and randomized test vs. control on marketing channel performance across multiple outcomes to identify opportunities for improved marketing efficiency.
- Set consistent standards for forecasting and tracking marketing spend (marketing campaign taxonomy), execution and performance across multiple marketing channel teams and finance groups.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizing marketing campaigns for better performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years experience in a Marketing Analytics role.
- Deep understanding on marketing attribution models (MTA, first/last click, MMM, incrementally testing), with 2+ years of hands-on experience in measuring the efficiency of marketing activities.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in e-commerce and retail data analysis, showcasing a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Strong in SQL and proficient in programing in a statistical language (R or Python).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and rigor in analysis.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, adept at distilling complex insights into clear, compelling narratives.
