Position

CorVent Medical is seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for its growing portfolio of respiratory care products. This role sits at the intersection of product development, clinical affairs, regulatory, sales, and marketing—serving as the connective tissue that translates clinical and technical innovation into compelling market narratives. The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Strategic Marketing & Product Positioning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market share.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product commercialization.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive products, pricing strategies, and regulatory environments to inform decision-making.
  • Develop insights from customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing strategies.

Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement

  • Lead product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on product value propositions and key differentiators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure product marketing aligns with compliance and industry standards.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to develop online campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–7 years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment; medical device or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for clinical and commercial audiences.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex medical products and translate features into meaningful clinical and economic benefits.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Salary Range: $120K-$140K + Bonus
