Accountabilities
- Own the positioning and messaging of our products to increase pipeline and adoption.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to discover user and buyer personas and refine positioning.
- Help Sales and Enablement teams to improve sales outcomes through effective objection handling.
- Drive customer advocacy to improve adoption, usage, and referrals.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Build and grow the Product Marketing team through hiring and mentoring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Experience in building processes about user research and GTM strategy.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to understand and solve customer issues empathetically.
- Deep understanding of business and market trends.
- Experience in driving business impact at a growth-stage startup in a leadership role.
