Compensation
- CA$45K – CA$60K
We gather compensation benchmarking data across the BC & Canadian Tech Industry and use that data to build a range for our current team and future talent. Your exact salary is determined by experience level, skill, capabilities, whether or not you select options and internal pay parity.
If you feel like this role is a great fit and have questions about comp, get in touch and we’re happy to discuss further. There is always an ongoing conversation around compensation.
At Klue, We’re Building the Future of Competitive Intelligence
The RevOps Intern supports the day-to-day work of the RevOps team with a focus on ensuring our data is accurate, organized, and actionable. This is a fixed term position from May - August 2026 and is open to Co-Op program students or recent graduates.
You’ll partner closely with the RevOps team and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a pristine CRM, improve data hygiene, and support operational reporting. This is a role for someone who’s proactive, curious, and excited to take initiative in a structured environment.
What’s In It for You?
You’ll get exposure to:
Cross-functional operations, RevOps processes, and GTM reporting.
Hands-on experience managing a critical CRM cleanup project.
Opportunity to build repeatable systems that prevent errors and scale operations.
If you excel in this role, future growth opportunities include a full-time RevOps Analyst or eventually a Revenue Operations Associate down the road.
What You’ll Do
CRM & Data Management: Identify, flag, and clean up outdated or duplicate HubSpot records. Maintain data hygiene to ensure accurate reporting across the business.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Help drive projects forward by being proactive, prepared, and solutions-oriented. You’ll participate in requirement-gathering sessions, independently follow up on open questions, and clearly communicate progress, blockers, and ideas. You’ll look for opportunities to support stakeholders beyond the original scope and assist with testing or data collection without waiting to be asked.
Process Improvement: Spot patterns in data errors, document them, and help build playbooks or rules to prevent recurring issues. Look for opportunities to improve processes beyond immediate tasks.
What Success Looks Like
We want someone who loves working with data and systems and is motivated by accuracy and order. You’ll be successful if you:
Build repeatable processes to maintain data integrity.
Catch errors early and understand their downstream impact.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and reporting.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide structured updates.
What You Bring
Must Haves
Business Mindset: Able to think about data and processes in the context of growing the business.
Systems Thinking: You can see the big picture. You understand that changing one step in a data pipeline affects everything downstream. You don't just fix the symptom; you look for the root cause.
Technical Curiosity: You have a hunger to learn. You don't know everything yet, and that's okay, but you are willing to dive into new tools, error messages, and figure things out on the fly.
Attention to Detail: Natural ability to spot inconsistencies, anomalies, and small errors.
Resilience (Safe to Fail): You aren't afraid to make mistakes, and you learn from them. You understand that in Ops, breaking things is sometimes part of the process; what matters is how you fix it and prevent it from happening again.
Nice-to-Haves
Background in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or data-heavy business roles.
-
Prior experience in RevOps, Operations, or building side projects.
