As a Competitive Content Consultant, you will be focused on helping our growing list of customers elevate their content. This individual will be a leader in best practices for competitive content and ensure content is optimized for end-user consumption. The role will include effectively communicating recommendations, implementing recommendations (where applicable), and monitoring third-party content for adherence to Klue's best practices.
This is You:
- You love being customer-facing and taking a consultative approach to solving problems
- Professional writing and/or consulting experience
- You enjoy writing, and editing and would consider yourself a strong writer
- Highly analytical and critical thinker
- You like ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to digest complex data and identify trends
- Creative problem solver
- Strong communicator and team player
