About Klir

We are hiring to make water better!

For too long, utilities have had to manage water through fragmented systems, siloed data, and workflows held together by institutional memory. As costs rise, teams shrink, and operational decisions demand real-time clarity, connected data is no longer a nice-to-have. It’s essential.

At Klir, our mission is simple: Make Water Better.

We believe the future of water is generative - built on connected data, clear workflows, and operational continuity. Klir is the Operational Data Hub that unifies sampling, monitoring, permits, backflow, and reuse into one connected view of the utility. When data, systems, and decisions finally flow through a single hub, teams gain the confidence, control, and time they need to focus on what actually moves water forward.

Backed by Insight Partners, Bowery Capital, and Spider Capital, Klir is one of the fastest-growing companies in the digital water space. Utilities consistently tell us that Klir has transformed the way they work - and we’re now hiring a Marketing Delivery and Programs Specialist to engage new prospects and help elevate Klir’s brand to the next level.

Location: This position is hybrid-based in Toronto.

Role Description

Klir is the Operational Data Hub for water — connecting systems, people, and data so utilities can move with confidence instead of operating in fragments. As our presence grows across North America, we’re adding a Marketing Programs Specialist to bring Klir’s story to life across events, webinars, digital initiatives, and core marketing programs.

Klir has a strong narrative, clear messaging, and defined campaigns. This role turns that strategy into action — managing programs end-to-end and assembling high-quality content based on materials provided by subject-matter experts. You’ll work closely with Klir’s Marketing Manager to operationalize campaigns, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure every program runs smoothly and consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a marketing generalist, excels at project management, and is highly skilled at assembling and adapting program content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Project manage ~3 monthly marketing programs — conferences, webinars, regional events, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents.
  • Track deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain the master marketing programs calendar with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Work with the Marketing Lead to execute against campaign strategy and ensure alignment.

Program Content Assembly & Adaptation

  • Assemble and adapt program-level content using anchor materials, SME inputs, webinar transcripts, interview notes, and existing Klir messaging.
  • Produce supporting program content including:
    • event descriptions
    • speaker bios and abstracts
    • promotional copy for webinars and events
    • landing page copy
    • short email text for reminders
    • post-event summaries
    • Use AI tools to assist with rewriting, summarizing, expanding, or structuring program content.
    • Ensure all assembled content stays consistent with Klir’s Messaging Stack and visual brand.

Events Logistics, Assets & Execution

  • Manage all logistics for conferences and events: registrations, sponsorship deliverables, AV, booth requirements, and shipping coordination.
  • Order all swag, branded items, and giveaways — tracking inventory, deadlines, and deliveries.
  • Order all print collateral including sales sheets, postcards, banners, and signage.
  • Oversee booth setup specifications: dimensions, layouts, instructions, and onsite contacts.
  • Capture onsite content (photos, videos, notes) for post-event use.
  • Use AI to organize event details, summarize organizer information, and streamline planning.

Webinar Planning & Delivery

  • Own the entire webinar workflow: scheduling, coordinating with speakers, running prep calls, and building run-of-show documents.
  • Build registration pages, forms, reminder sequences, and tracking links.
  • Assemble final webinar decks based on SME content and existing materials.
  • Support the webinar recording.
  • Publish recordings and coordinate post-webinar distribution.
  • Use AI to summarize transcripts and identify content that can be repurposed for social, email, or follow-up.

Content & Asset Coordination

  • Create Canva graphics and promotional assets for events, webinars, and program campaigns.
  • Provide light video editing for short clips, recaps, and snippets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized asset library with version control and naming standards.
  • Coordinate asset needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing.

Vendor & Organizer Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for event organizers, AV teams, hotels, print vendors, swag suppliers, and shipping partners.
  • Ensure all required materials — logos, headshots, bios, abstracts, booth specs — are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a central database of vendor processes, deadlines, and best practices.

Marketing Operations & HubSpot Support

  • Manage event and webinar forms, lists, workflows, and attribution inside HubSpot.
  • Track registrations, booth scans, leads, and follow-up routing.
  • Ensure program data is clean, complete, and consistently tagged.
  • Use AI to accelerate reporting, summarize lists, and support data QA.

Reporting & Insights

  • 2–5 years experience in marketing programs, content creation, events, webinars, or marketing operations.
  • Strong project management skills — managing timelines, stakeholders, assets, and logistics.
  • Experience assembling and adapting campaign and program content from anchor assets, SME inputs, transcripts, and existing materials.
  • Experience with event logistics, swag ordering, travel coordination, or vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing.
  • Experience with HubSpot (lists, forms, workflows, attribution).
  • Comfortable updating CMS content and publishing to the website.
  • High comfort with AI tools for content, organization, reporting, and workflow acceleration.
  • A collaborative working style and a willingness to act as a marketing generalist.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events, conferences or program support.

Success Indicators (KPIs)

  • High-quality program content assembled and distributed quickly and accurately from SME-provided materials.
  • Smooth execution of ~3 monthly programs with no missed deadlines.
  • Events and webinars delivered professionally with full content, assets, and logistics in place.
  • Internal teams always aware of program status, blockers, and deadlines.
  • Accurate, timely reporting that supports Sales and Marketing follow-up.
  • Operational processes become more efficient and repeatable each quarter.
  • AI used meaningfully to improve speed, clarity, and quality.
