About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Operations Account Manager to join our global Ad Ops team. This role will focus on campaign execution and account management, with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role if fully remote, ideally located in Uruguay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end campaign setup and execution, including generating and testing ad tags;
  • Take ownership of campaign success by proactively managing timelines, surfacing risks, and ensuring accurate execution from start to finish;
  • Conduct quality assurance on creative assets to ensure proper functionality across delivery platforms;
  • Troubleshoot implementation, tracking, or reporting issues related to creative assets;
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution;
  • Collaborate with internal teams across time zones to ensure seamless campaign handoffs and delivery;
  • Monitor delivery and pacing to ensure campaign performance meets targets and KPIs;
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret campaign data using Excel and reporting tools;
  • Assist in campaign documentation and internal tracking processes;
  • Perform reconciliations between internal and third-party ad delivery metrics;
  • Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions; collaborate with Tech teams if needed;
  • Provide operational feedback to improve processes, tools, and documentation;
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, including COPPA and GDPR compliance where applicable;
  • Participate in internal reviews of campaign requirements, designs, and workflows;
  • Support additional projects and initiatives within the Ad Ops team as needed.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and shifting priorities under tight deadlines;
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and collaborative;
  • Able to work flexibly with international teams and clients across time zones.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or a related digital advertising role;
  • Strong understanding of ad serving systems and tracking technologies;
  • Solid analytical skills and experience working with campaign performance data;
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.);
  • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to task management;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on supporting clients and resolving issues
  • Ability to clearly document processes and campaign information;
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising (a plus);
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, JavaScript, and ad troubleshooting (a plus);
  • Experience with Jira, Slack, Google Docs, or similar tools (a plus);
