Are you excited by hands-on logistics work that spans raw materials, manufacturing, global shipping, and real-world hardware products?

At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Logistics Manager to own the full physical supply chain for our hardware products — from raw materials and components through assembly, customs, and global fulfillment. This is a highly operational, in-person role based in our Vancouver office, with responsibility across suppliers, manufacturing inputs, international logistics, inventory planning, and team leadership.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and accounting teams to ensure our SmartBox hardware is built efficiently, shipped compliantly, and fully aligned operationally and financially as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own global logistics operations, managing shipments from suppliers to assembly centers in Canada and Vietnam
  • Manage all raw materials, components, and manufacturing supplies required for production across both assembly centers
  • Plan, purchase, and track materials to support production schedules while avoiding excess or obsolete inventory
  • Manage outbound shipping of finished goods from both assembly centers to global fulfillment destinations
  • Handle all Canadian and International orders, including international shipments outside the US, EU, and Japan
  • Own customs, duties, documentation, HS codes, and broker relationships to ensure compliant cross-border shipments
  • Directly manage the assembly team in Canada, overseeing daily production, quality, materials usage, and throughput
  • Manage and support a remote Logistics Coordinator, providing clear priorities and accountability
  • Oversee planning and coordination with the Vietnam assembly center, ensuring material availability and process alignment
  • Assist hands-on with prototyping, testing, and early production runs for new products and revisions
  • Partner closely with the accounting team on inventory valuation, landed costs, COGS alignment, and reconciliation
  • Identify and drive improvements across material planning, shipping costs, customs processes, and inventory accuracy

Why Join Keycafe

  • End-to-end ownership: Run everything from raw materials to customer delivery
  • Hands-on hardware role: Work directly with physical products, not just spreadsheets
  • Global operations: Manage a real supply chain spanning North America and Asia
