Keycafe, a global leader in smart key management solutions, is looking for a highly motivated and organized Success Coordinator to join our growing team in Vancouver. The Success Coordinator is a key player in the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are equipped with the knowledge and support they need to maximize the value of Keycafe's services. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for problem-solving and building strong customer relationships and strong sales skills.

• Onboarding and Training: Guide new customers through the setup process, providing comprehensive training and resources to ensure a smooth and successful start.
• Proactive Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
• Knowledge Base Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our help center articles, tutorials, webinars and other educational materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and services.
• Data and Reporting: Track key customer success metrics and provide regular reports to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer success, or sales role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-based company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
• A passion for technology and an interest in the sharing economy.

• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Competitive Salary: An excellent compensation package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $18,000 - $30,000+ USD annually. This includes a guaranteed monthly base salary $1100 USD and a significant, uncapped activity-based commission plan, paid in USD.
• Work Equipment: We provide an Apple MacBook and monitor for your work. Reliable personal equipment is required initially.
• Music Streaming: We cover your subscription for Spotify, Apple Music, or another major provider
