We are looking for a dynamic and organized People Operations Specialist to support our HR and recruiting functions across all departments. This role is important for Keycafe’s talent acquisition strategy, facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and promoting a strong, inclusive company culture across our global team. You will work closely with department leaders to ensure Keycafe attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Support: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and manage the recruiting pipeline from posting job descriptions to coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires and a respectful offboarding process for exiting employees.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs and career development initiatives to enhance skill sets and foster professional growth.
  • Global Culture Initiatives: Drive efforts to build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaged culture across all regions, implementing global HR initiatives that support employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • HR Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records, manage HR systems, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
