Keycafe is seeking a Personal Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. Our company is a global leader in B2B SaaS key management, serving various industries worldwide. As a Personal Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting the executives with their daily tasks, managing their schedules, and ensuring smooth operations.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.


  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Handle and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Work North American hours


  • 350,000 to 450,000 PHP per year
