Role Description

Keeper Memorials is seeking a Director of Virtual Memorial Services and Community for a full-time, remote position. The Director will oversee virtual memorial service operations, ensure exemplary customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and lead a team to continually improve processes and services. Responsibilities also include creating and implementing training programs and collaborating with funeral homes and community partners to expand the reach of Keeper’s services. The ideal candidate will foster a compassionate and supportive community for clients while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Service and a proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure resource optimization
  • Strong skills in Team Leadership and the ability to manage and inspire a remote team
  • Ability to design and execute effective Training programs for staff and partners
  • Additional qualifications, such as experience in digital memorialization, bereavement support, or the funeral/cemetery industry, are highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools and online collaboration platforms

· Bachelor’s degree

  • At least three (3) years of experience in virtual event planning and management, and in the funeral services or end-of-life care sector
