What You'll Do:
As a key player in our Product Management team, you will:
- Own the Vision: Define and drive product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Lead Agile Teams: Act as Product Owner for one or more scrum teams, prioritizing backlogs and ensuring high-impact delivery.
- Bridge Stakeholders: Be the voice of the customer internally and champion business value across product design, development, and delivery.
- Support Sales & Marketing: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies, marketing content, and technical sales support.
- Drive Lifecycle Success: Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation through development to post-launch support and growth.
- Innovate with Purpose: Leverage customer insight and market data to propose and execute innovative, commercially viable product ideas.
What We’re Looking For: a team-worker with natural leadership skills and excellent presentation and communication skills. To succeed, you must be capable of seeing the bigger picture and helping others develop the pathway to achieve it; drive innovation and be willing to challenge your own knowledge and convictions, make market-driven decisions and lead your product(s) to success.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in STEM: Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or related field.
- Strong upstream oil & gas knowledge, especially in production monitoring, flow assurance, and process simulation.
Technical & Domain Knowledge:
- Experience with simulation tools like Maximus, PIPESIM, OLGA, PROSPER/GAP, and thermodynamic software like Multiflash or PVTsim.
- Exposure to PDMS, AI/ML, or advanced analytics is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to deliver outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to product management and marketing is a plus.
