About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of refinery, upstream, or LNG operations, particularly in Reliability and Maintenance (RAM)? Do you excel in advising executive-level clients on asset management strategies, offering insights that drive operational excellence and profitability? We are seeking a Senior Asset Management Strategy Advisor to join our dynamic Consulting Delivery team. This position is pivotal in planning holistic business strategies for asset management, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and delivering transformative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Solution Advisory: Partner with management-level clients to identify opportunities for RAM improvement. Advise on solutions aligned with client goals, with a deep understanding of client-specific challenges and value propositions.
- Project and Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams throughout the lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client expectations. Foster a collaborative environment, with team members both on-site and remote.
- Digital Transformation Enablement: Apply knowledge of KBC and Yokogawa technologies, including Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, and Process Data Visualization, to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Reliability and Maintenance Management: Provide technical expertise and project management in RAM practices, including maintenance strategy, risk management, turnaround optimization, reliability programs, asset management strategy, and SAP maintenance planning.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and enhanced profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships across various levels of client organizations, ensuring the two-way flow of information and timely issue resolution.
- Sales & Business Development: Lead internal teams to tailor solutions that meet complex client needs and negotiate agreements that support mutual success.
- Market Insight and Intelligence: Represent the company at industry events, gaining market insights and enhancing company visibility.

- RAM Practices: Proficient in asset management strategy, turnaround and maintenance planning, and SAP-based scheduling.
- Sales Acumen: Understands customer needs and aligns solutions accordingly; experience with CRM and account management tools.
- Digital Expertise: Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, and Process Data Visualization tools is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience); Chartered Engineer status preferred.
- Experience: Proven maintenance experience in refinery, chemical, petrochemical, or upstream facilities; Agile project management experience is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and manage projects with a high standard of professionalism.
