KBC invites you to lead our Asset Management Strategy team as Consulting Solution Leader. In this high-impact, business development and sales position, you’ll spearhead the global strategy to redefine asset management solutions, driving growth, building influential client relationships, and shaping cutting-edge, client-cantered offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead the global charge in asset management strategy development. Define our approach, build robust sales collateral, and work closely with regional teams to bring KBC’s solutions to market, ensuring consistency, quality, and a laser focus on client needs.
- Market Innovation
- Keep KBC’s solutions on the leading edge by infusing client and market insights into our innovation process. You’ll play a critical role in evolving our offerings to meet and exceed the demands of a dynamic market, ensuring we stay a step ahead.
- Relationship & Opportunity Building
- Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the asset management industry. As the face of KBC, you’ll represent us at major events, build a network of high-level contacts, and use market intelligence to create and capture new business opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Solutions
- Engage deeply with client organizations to understand their long-term needs, then work alongside cross-functional teams to configure tailored solutions. Your work will ensure our offerings not only meet client needs but deliver exceptional value.
- Account Management & Data Excellence

Your Expertise

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Extensive consulting experience with a track record in complex solution sales, ideally within asset management. Proven success in leading high-performing teams and delivering on strategic business objectives.
