We’re looking for a data drive and naturally inquisitive member to join our pack as a Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be accountable for the strategy, development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels to further drive our user acquisition and adoption of Kabo products so all the doggos live happier and healthier lives.

This role will report directly to the COO and we are currently hiring remotely for anywhere in Canada.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Plan and execute brand and lead generation campaigns across performance marketing channels (paid social, online video and affiliate)
  • Drive efficiency through campaign optimizations and ongoing audience/creative testing
  • Develop and manage attribution models
  • Achieve CAC and trial targets through ownership and optimization of budget
  • Work closely with growth team to ideate, test and scale best performing creative/messaging
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to monitor campaign performance and develop ways to improve and scale
  • Design testing roadmap across channels (new/existing), audience, creative and offers
  • Inherent understanding of performance marketing and action-driving copy
  • Forecast weekly and monthly volume and CAC trends, effectively communicating and setting expectations to key stakeholders

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years experience in performance marketing, predominantly in paid social, managing sizable monthly budgets.
  • Proven success in scaling customer acquisition across Facebook/Instagram and experience with emerging channels, such as TikTok.
  • Experience in building creative testing processes, understanding the balance between brand and performance while driving scale.
  • Experience working in D2C business models
  • Data-driven, highly analytical mindset, with the ability to work across large, sometimes fragmented data sets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution modeling.
  • Experience with and understanding of the marketing toolkit - and a willingness to discard the parts that don't serve our mission or business
  • Experience in subscription-based acquisition is a bonus
