This position requires collaboration with stakeholders across Financial Information Systems (FIS), Corporate Accounting, FP&A and various operation teams across EVCM’s verticals to drive improvements in working capital, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience. It requires a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influence and relationship management skills who can multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the global P2P function, ensuring end-to-end efficiency, standardization, and alignment with business objectives across EVCM.
- Identify and mitigate risks in procurement activities to ensure efficient PO issuance, and invoice, expense and payment processing
- Continuously review and optimize P2P processes across internal teams and BPO partners through automation, simplification, and adoption of best practices.
- Drive performance improvement through benchmarking, data analysis, and the implementation of RPA and AI technologies to enhance AP operations.
- Ensure compliance and control, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies.
- Own and evolve P2P policies and documentation, supporting system enhancements and changing business needs and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing P2P operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with BPO providers and cross-functional teams, ensuring process alignment, SLA adherence, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive system enhancements that support streamlined, scalable P2P processes.
- Define and monitor KPI’s for cycle times across the procure-to-pay process
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting
- 10+ years of relevant work experience having designed and run Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Vendor Master data management operations within a medium-to-large corporate setting.
- 5+ years of management experience with direct team oversight, including coaching and mentoring staff.
- In-depth expertise in Procure-to-Pay best practices and experience managing processes in a BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite, Coupa and associated P2P automation tools.
- Experience in process improvement, automation (RPA, AI), and driving operational efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities
- Expertise leading a team and collaborating with other business areas while operating under undefined policies and procedures.
- Certifications in Procure to Pay (APP) or Accounts Payable (AP) a plus.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $145,000 to $160,000 USD per year with a variable component in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
