Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle for Improveit 360—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
Introduce home improvement and remodeling businesses to i360 and schedule product demonstrations
Build and manage strong relationships within a defined territory
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to revenue targets
Maintain a hunter mentality: proactively source, qualify, and progress deals
Generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking, associations, and trade shows
Represent the i360 brand at regional industry events and conferences
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce
Partner with onboarding, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer success and continuous improvement
Drive brand awareness and educate prospects on the value and ROI of Improveit 360
We Are Looking For:
A proven hunter and closer with a strong track record of exceeding quota
3–5+ years of software sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle role
Experience selling CRM, field service management software, or workflow automation tools
Experience in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus
Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Excellent discovery, communication, and active listening skills
KPI-driven and highly competitive, with strong daily discipline
Tech-savvy, able to explain complex software workflows in a simple, compelling way
Proficient in Salesforce with strong pipeline management skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at multitasking
A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to test new ideas
Where:
Remote position, preferably located on the East Coast, with occasional travel as needed.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 USD per year based on US location, a variable component quarterly commissions included. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
