We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to assist with the design, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of employee development programs across our company. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, you’ll be responsible for administrative and operational support for career development and learning initiatives while creating engaging, employee-centered learning experiences.

The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning and career development resources are well-organized, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. The specialist plays a key role in supporting employee growth by developing and maintaining learning content, tracking metrics, and helping deliver effective development experiences.

Responsibilities:

Career Development and Program Support

  • Research best practices in corporate career development and summarize findings, including guiding principles, standard practices, and related policies

  • Support the development of a customized career development program that helps employees navigate the organization’s job architecture and explore career interests

  • Assist in creating tools, templates, and resources that enable employees to engage in career planning

Career Platform Administration & Operations

  • Configure, test and maintain the Development module within Career Amp’s platform

  • Assist in uploading content, managing workflows, and ensuring tools function smoothly for end users

  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, develop communications, create employee and manager materials

  • Track career program engagement and effectiveness metrics

Manager & Employee Support

  • Help develop materials that clarify managers roles in supporting employee career development

  • Provide operational and coordination support to enable managers and internal stakeholders to participate in learning and career development initiatives

  • Prepare presentations, materials, guides and supporting resources for live and virtual learning events

  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation 9-12 times per year

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

Knowledge Areas:

  • Early career development concepts

  • Career development and career pathing fundamentals

  • Basics of talent acquisition, and on boarding

  • Introductory management and leadership skill concepts

  • Coaching and feedback fundamentals

  • Skill/competency management and libraries

Skills:

  • Organizational research and information synthesis

  • Facilitation and presentation support

  • Basic project management and coordination

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication

  • Ability to work comfortably with HR systems, learning platforms, and collaboration tools (experience with Culture Amp is a plus, not required)

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured deadline, driven environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field or equivalent experience

Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is between $60,000 - $64,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
