We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise home improvement organizations. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, leading prospects through a consultative evaluation of their operational workflows and demonstrating how Improveit 360 can transform their sales performance, increase profitability, and replace inefficient legacy systems.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery through contract execution—while partnering cross-functionally with sales engineering, onboarding, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Identify, initiate, and develop relationships with qualified mid-market and enterprise prospects
Lead the entire sales cycle, including discovery, solution mapping, platform demos, pricing, and negotiation
Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities
Deliver compelling presentations to Owners, Directors, VPs, and C-Suite stakeholders
Guide prospects through ROI analysis and operational improvements tied to implementing Improveit 360
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean handoffs and successful onboarding
Represent EverPro and Improveit 360 at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to run complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
High degree of confidence leading discovery, solution design, and value-based selling
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly evolving environment
Experience selling into the home improvement, contractor, or field services space is a strong plus
Familiarity with Salesforce and EverPro processes is beneficial
BS/BA or equivalent professional experience
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
